Axeon Interlocal (AI), formerly Texas Public Energy Solutions, is a Texas nonprofit, political subdivision corporation. Our members are local governments and political subdivisions who look to improve how they buy, use, and manage energy. Axeon operates in accordance with Texas Government Code Title 7 Chapter 791 intergovernmental relations and interlocal cooperation contracts.

Currently, Axeon and its partners serve over 500 commercial, institutional, and industrial clients, and helped pioneer the development of aggregation pools in the government sector.
